Danish DaysDanish Days has a long and rich history dating back to Viborg’s earliest days. Danish Days is an annual event in celebration of our Viborg's Danish Heritage.

Goblin Walk / Carnival
Beware the ghosts and goblins . . . and firemen, princesses and fairies who trick or treat up and down Viborg’s main street. We invite the children of Viborg to trick or treat at local businesses each year. To ensure the kids are in a safe and well-lit area the Goblin Walk will take place on Main Street.

Glenridge Golf CourseLocated a short drive from Viborg, just north of Irene, SD, Glenridge Golf Course offers fun golf leagues, tournaments and group outings.

Viborg Appreciation Days
Viborg Appreciation Days is held annually on the first Saturday in December. It is a chance for Viborg's businesses to say thanks for being great customers. The day includes a 5K/1 mile walk, a free movie for kids at the Lund theater, a free pancake feed where local businesses give away prizes, a visit from Santa, and the lighting of the Viborg Christmas tree.
